Airline Equipment - Lubricators

  • AL-A

SMC's AL-A modular style lubricator provides accurate lubrication of downstream equipment.  The AL bowl (size 30 and 40) is covered with a transparent bowl guard, allowing 360° monitoring. The oil drop rate is adjustable depending on equipment requirements. The AL modular design allows connection with other SMC air preparation equipment.

The AL-A series will end production in March 2025. -- Please select the AL-D series for new applications

  • AL-D

The AL-D series of modular lubricators brings a modern appearance to SMC's line of lubricators while maintaining the high performance of our other series.  The lubrication rate is easily adjustable without tools to meet equipment needs.  The transparent bowl guard on the size 30 and larger provides improved environmental protection as well as full view of the bowl contents.  The AL-D is currently available in three body sizes with more to come in the near future.

  • ALD

The ALD series, installed in a main airline, is designed to feed oil to various valves, air cylinders, air tools, etc. The use of the ALD series makes it possible to centralize control of lubrication to end-line components. This lubrication feeding system, in which oil is in the form of micro mist, ensures stable lubrication over long, complex piping systems.

  • ALF

Auto feed lube series ALF400 - 900 makes lubrication work unnecessary, thus significantly reducing the amount of maintenance labor. The problem of running out of oil is prevented because the oil is fed automatically.

  • ALT

Auto feed tank series ALT is used with the auto feed lube unit series ALF. This system makes lubrication work unnecessary, thus significantly reducing the amount of maintenance labor. The problem of running out of oil is prevented because the oil is fed automatically.

  • LMU

The series LMU spray unit is used to deliver atomized lubrication to up to six individual points. Air pressure, air flow lubricant quantity independently adjustable. The unit is electrically switched to spray lubricant or, as required to blow air only. The LMU can be used to spray oil, kerosene, cutting fluid and a wide range of other fluids. It has applications in machine tools, roll forming machines, die casting for the spraying of mold release and other manufacturing processes where lubricant or coolant spray is required.

  • LMV

LMV series mixing valve is used with the LMU mist spray unit. A needle valve is installed in the air passage of the mist generating mixing valve, hence it is possible to vary the size of the mist particles by regulating the flowrate.

  • AL

AL series lubricators are available in several configurations to provide lubrication to your equipment. Modular models are available to connect directly to filter and regulator units to create a single air preparation module for a machine. Stand-alone micro mist and high flow lubricators can be used to meet more demanding or higher volume needs. All feature simple adjustability and easy maintenance.

  • AEP100

The AEP collectors help prevent waste by collecting valuable hydraulic fluid and lubricant that has leaked and built up in the vicinity of machinery

  • HEP

The HEP collects and reuses leaked fluids such as valuable cutting oil and grinding oil.
