The MXQ*B is the newest generation of precision slide tables integrated with hardened stainless steel guides and rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals. The MXQ*B has higher rigidity than the MXQ*A type for equivalent bore sizes, or can be down sized one bore size for equivalent rigidity requirements to save on air consumption.
Particle generation measurement test classify the 13/22-MXQ as grade 3, 4 which is determined by the type of adjuster option that is selected. After inspection, the 13/22-MXQ is blown with high purity air (clean bench/class M3.5) in a clean environment. It is then sealed and shipped in an anti-static double bag.
