The operating range of RS(D)Q□32/40/50 series lever type stopper cylinders with a built-in shock absorber varies depending on the conveyor friction coefficient (μ). Contact your local SMC sales office for the data including friction coefficients of μ = 0.2 and μ = 0.3.
Since the outer diameter of the lever of RS(D)Q□32/40/50 series lever type stopper cylinders with a built-in shock absorber is larger than that of the rod cover boss, machine the mounting hole to the recommended hole diameter shown below.
