What are the possible causes of an IZS40/41/42 series ionizer ION/HV LED turning ON (red) after operation has stopped, and what can be done to remedy this?

The ION/HV LED on the front panel turns ON (green) during normal discharge.
When the LED is ON (red), this indicates a high-voltage error has occurred.
The main cause of this is usually foreign matter or water droplets adhering to the emitter (electrode needle).
Remove the cartridge and clean the emitter after stopping the power supply and air supply.
