Check the pressure and air supply.
The main valve may not be switching due to insufficient supply air pressure or flow (piping is over-restricted, etc.), and the air from the supply port may be escaping from the exhaust port.
At pressures higher than 0.2 MPa, the combined sonic conductance (d m3/ (s•bar)) of the inlet piping and equipment should be equal to or greater than the values
The needle valve on the bottom of the valve may be fully closed.
In the fully closed state, no air is supplied to the outlet side. Adjust the switching timing of the valve by opening the needle valve a little.
Since it is dangerous if they pop out suddenly upon startup, the products are shipped with the needle valves in a fully closed state.
