Series CS2 air cylinder is a double acting, non-lube air cylinder. Aluminum die-cast is used for both the rod and head covers, which means a maximum weight reduction of approximately 50% *. This series is available in bore sizes 125mm, 140mm and 160mm with maximum strokes up to 1600mm *. Air cushions are standard on both ends.
This series has been designed with a high precision single or double axis guide to create a compact, low profile cylinder.
The standard air cushion utilizes a floating cushion seal to eliminate piston rod bouncing. The cushion volume has been elevated permitting about 30% more allowable kinetic energy absorption. The port and captive cushion adjustment valve are located on the same side of cap for heightened access.
