C LOW battery indicator When the batteries are low it is displayed in two stages: Battery LOW and Replace Battery. The battery level is indicated by the flashing or lightening up of on the display. flashes: Prepare to replace batteries. lights up: Replace batteries with new ones.
The D-M9□J heat-resistant auto switch is also available for XL□ series valves with a heater as well as for the high-temperature type (up to 150°C), though it is mounted on the amplifier part separate from the sensor head for the latter.
XL□ series high-vacuum angle valves cannot be used with standard auto switches when the switch mounting part temperature exceeds 60°C.
