<br><br>Speed controllers are mounted on an actuator (cylinder, etc.) and are used to control the speed of the actuator. <br>The internal construction uses a lip seal as a check valve, and it is only able to adjust the flow rate in 1 direction. <br>Throttle valves (Restrictors?) are used to control the flow rate in the piping.

<br>You can set a value between 1 and 999 seconds (there is also a separate continuous mode).<br>There are 2 trigger input methods: continuous input and one-shot input.<br>When you want to set the operation time by the trigger signal length, you can use continuous input.

<br><br>An auto switch cannot be retrofitted when a magnet is not mounted on the piston part (e.g., XLA-40-2 and XLA-40H5-2).

<br>If the contents on the label cannot be confirmed, select the element part number based on the FGD series model. <br>For the FGD□A: Element length L250 (1 piece) <br>For the FGD□B: Element length L250 (2 pieces) or L500 (1 piece) <br>The elements that can be selected for L500 of the FGD□B are sintered metal (EB200 or ES200) and paper (EP200).

<br><br>Internal pilot type valves<br><br><br>With the solenoid’s electromagnetic force, a small pilot operated valve (direct operated 3-port valve) is switched, and the supply pressure is sent to the main valve, which switches the main valve.

<br>Mounting interchangeability:<br>Mounting screws, brackets, and manifolds for the underside of the valve have not been changed.<br>The main changes are as follows.<br>① The max. allowable operating pressure of old VT307 series valves is 0.9 MPa. While the max. allowable operating pressure of new VT307 series valves (standard) is 0.7 MPa.

<br>Refer to the “How to Order” section in the catalog.<br>The part numbers when replacing only the upper valves for use with the existing sub-plates (pipe section) are “VS4124-00□” and “VS4134-00□.”<br>A gasket and bolt are included. <br>Ex.)

<br><br>When using or planning to use a cylinder with a solid state auto switch and ordering only the cylinder, suffix “-X1810” to the end of the part number.<br>Ex.) MY1B10G-300-X1810<br><br>For cylinders ordered with a solid state auto switch, the suffix “-X1810” does not need to be added. Just use the part number “MY1B10G-300-M9BW.”

<br>Note that a grease pack does not come with the seal kits. <br>Order the grease for the standard MGP series product using the part number “GR-S-010.” <br>Be sure to check the part number of the MGP-Z series product before ordering the seal kit. The old MGP series was discontinued in April 2012.

<br>Old product: <br>Rubber bumper: CG1N□-PS <br>Air cushion: CG1A□-PS<br>Refreshed product: <br>Rubber bumper & air cushion: CG1N□Z-PS (the number in the “□” indicates the cylinder I.D.) <br>Note 1) There is no seal kit part number for bore sizes ø50 and larger because the products cannot be disassembled by the customer.

<br>6) Perform a suction test on the actual device to determine whether it can be used or not. <br>Note) This is the general procedure for selecting a vacuum pad, however, it does not apply to all types of vacuum pads.<br>Ultimately, testing using the actual device is the best way to determine whether a pad is ideal for the application.

<br>When P1 (inlet pressure) becomes lower than P2 (outlet pressure), the check valve opens and the pressure in the diaphragm chamber is discharged to the P1 side.<br>This allows the outlet pressure to flow back rapidly to the inlet side due to the mechanism that opens the main valve.<br>The AR20K-B to AR60K-B and the AR20K-D to AR40K-D series are regulators with a backflow function.
