The product is a combination of a heat-resistant CDQ2 series cylinder (bore sizes ø16 to ø63) and a heat-resistant auto switch for the CDQ2.
The “-XB14” uses an “-XB6” heat-resistant cylinder (with heat-resistant seal material and grease) with a built-in heat-resistant magnet (for CDQ2 series cylinders).
Select up to a 30-mm stroke for bore sizes ø12 to ø25 and up to a 50-mm stroke for bore sizes ø32 to ø100.
In addition, an MGPS series heavy-duty guide rod type compact guide cylinder is available for bore sizes ø50 and ø80 (and can be used as a stopper for strokes up to 50 mm).
Return to origin is performed by a push return to origin at the stroke end (the table goes to the stroke end and the position 2 mm in reverse is taken as the origin), so no sensor is required.
