SMC’s H/DL/L/LL series self-align fittings can be used with oil. The H/DL/L/LL series catalog can be found here. (H series fittings are available in sizes up to ø12.) Avoid the use of One-touch fittings because there is a risk of air entering the product.
SMC’s nylon tubing can also be used with oil.
