The PE port is used to exhaust the air pressure used for the internal pilot. A small amount of air is exhausted when switching. Do not block this port as doing so may lead to a malfunction. Install a silencer if you are concerned about the noise. (There may be a PE port even when the pilot valve’s exhaust is collectively exhausted, such as with the new SY series.)
