Tighten the wiring screws (M3 slotted head screws) firmly with a tightening torque of 0.5 to 0.6 Nm. Make sure to connect "terminal resistor" between "CAN_H"-"CAN_L" to the units at the both ends of the system. Terminating resistor is 121 1%, 1/4 W (Refer to Fig. 2). Refer to Fig. 3 about how to connect to the unit.
Tighten the wiring screws (M3 slotted head screws) firmly with a tightening torque of 0.5 to 0.6 Nm. Be sure to connect a "Terminating resistor" to both ends of transmission line. (Refer to Fig. 2). Tighten the connector fixing screws (M2.5 slotted head screws) firmly with a tightening torque of 0.2 to 0.3 Nm.

Tighten the screws (M3) for mounting the blank cover in the range of 0.3 0.03Nm. Failure to observe these torque values could lead to equipment damage.
