In order to measure with a discrimination of 0.01 mm, a counter with a 4 times multiplication function (CEU5) is required.
In combination with L/R keys, this key drives the actuator at high speed during a JOG operation. UP Moves downward for item selections. Also used to decrease values for data entry. DOWN Moves to the left for item selections. Also used to move a numerical value place to the left for data entry. It drives the actuator to the end side during a JOG operation.
Locate the source of any air leaks and repair them. (3) Pressurize port 2 (A) and exhaust air from port 3 (R). (It is possible to blow the poppet valve.) (4) Replace the valve. (5) Open the 3 (R) port. (6) Supply air to port 2 (A).
