The old VF1000/3000/5000 series was discontinued in November 2009. The main changes seen to new VF series valves are changes to the pilot valves and interchangeability (body mounting). Since the operating pressure range differs between new and old VF series valves, when operating at a pressure of 0.7 to 1.0 MPa, select option “K” for the high-pressure specification.

The “□” in the VVFS□000-22A-1 and VVFS□000-22A-2 part numbers is to indicate the series (VFS2000/3000/4000/5000 series).
The pilot valves of the refreshed VF1000/3000/5000 series have been changed.
Due to the reduction of apparent power, the allowable leakage voltage of the AC type is now 8% or less of the rated voltage (compared with 20% or less of the rated voltage for the old VF).
For new IR1000-A/2000-A/3000-A series regulators, 1 L/min (ANR) is the max. amount.
Check to confirm whether the leakage is actually bleed air before taking any further steps.

Insert the regulator body and the hexagon panel nut into the panel mounting hole (ø10.5 mm for IR1000 series regulators and ø12.5 mm for IR2000/3000 series regulators) and retighten the shaft of the pressure adjustment knob.
For new IR-A series regulators, select option “H” (With hexagon panel nut (for panel mount)).
