What is the replacement period of the mechanical seal of an HRS012/018/024/030 thermo-chiller (option “T”) or an HRS050/060 pump?


For the HRS012/018/024/030 option “T” (high-pressure pump) and the HRS050/060, after 8000 hours, alarm code “AL28” (pump maintenance) will be activated.
We recommend that you check for leaks and replace the mechanical seal at this time. Consider requesting maintenance from a maintenance company. We can recommend service providers if needed.

For an HRS050-A-20, what does it mean when alarm code “AL06” (High circulating fluid discharge pressure) or “AL08” (Circulating fluid discharge pressure rise) is generated, and what can be done to remedy this?



Note 1) These are the default settings of the HRS050. The operating settings can be changed by the user.
The default setting for alarm code “AL08” is stop operation for the HRS090 to 200.
