For new IR1000-A/2000-A/3000-A series regulators, 1 L/min (ANR) is the max. amount.
Check to confirm whether the leakage is actually bleed air before taking any further steps.
Note) Refer to the “Specifications” section of the catalog for bleed measurement conditions.

Insert the regulator body and the hexagon panel nut into the panel mounting hole (ø10.5 mm for IR1000 series regulators and ø12.5 mm for IR2000/3000 series regulators) and retighten the shaft of the pressure adjustment knob.
For new IR-A series regulators, select option “H” (With hexagon panel nut (for panel mount)).

For the current/voltage type, 10-bit digital input, and 16-point preset input type ITV1000/2000/3000 series electro-pneumatic regulator, the error contents are indicated in the operation manual.
Refer to the ITV standard type (refreshed product) operation manual. Although this product is a 0 to 5 VDC input signal type, error 1 occurs when an input signal exceeding 5 V is supplied.

For the standard ITV1000/2000/3000 series electro-pneumatic regulator, either a 4-point or 16-point preset input type can be selected.
The type with 4 points can output up to 4 preset pressures by combining the ON/OFF settings of the 2 input signals of the switch.

Despite this, we recommend replacing any old products with a current ITV1000/2000/3000 series product.
Note) If the input signal of the old IT series product was a 2-wire type current type, only 4 to 20 mADC signal wiring was required, with power supply wiring not required.
