Although it is only a part number, with no drawings, the contents can be easily identified. Other users can also purchase special order products ordered by other users using the simple special part number.

③ Special order product made for a specific user
Such products has requested the sale of its special order products be restricted.

When operating an end lock cylinder, the lock cannot be released and operation cannot be performed if back pressure isn’t secured on the exhaust side. In addition, the lock cannot be released when a large force is applied in the operating direction before the valve is switched. Therefore, a release failure will occur in the following cases.

For end lock cylinders:
Locking can only be performed at the stroke end of the cylinder on the side with the lock mechanism. As they have almost the same dimensions as the standard cylinder, they can only be operated with a standard 5-port 2-position valve.

When only the cylinder is to be replaced, and the current switch will continue to be used, use part numbers “MKB20-10RZ” and “BQ4-012” (auto switch mounting bracket).

The max. stroke length that can be used without buckling differs depending on the cylinder mounting method, the type of mounting brackets used, and how the rod end is secured.
While cylinders with a long stroke can indeed be manufactured, it must be understood that the product will have a shorter product life than usual due to wear of the seals caused by buckling.

Note) Even the standard piping type of the MY1B and MY1H series can be changed to a centralized piping type by changing the position of the plug.
However, MY1B-Z and MY1H-Z series cylinders cannot be changed to a centralized piping type.

If only analog output is to be used, brown (24 V), blue (0 V), and white (analog output) should be wired to the positive side of the input device, and the 0 V should be common. Black is used for the switch output, so wiring is not necessary if it will not be used. For further details, refer to the specifications of the analog input device.

Note 1) The seals cannot be replaced if the cylinder mounting bracket is the trunnion type since it is difficult to align the trunnion shaft center with the cylinder shaft center.

Note 2) CQ2□M and CQS□M cylinders with stable lubrication function can only be selected for the type with a built-in magnet. In addition, the rubber bumper cannot be selected.
