Series CS2 air cylinder is a double acting, non-lube air cylinder. Aluminum die-cast is used for both the rod and head covers, which means a maximum weight reduction of approximately 50% *. This series is available in bore sizes 125mm, 140mm and 160mm with maximum strokes up to 1600mm *. Air cushions are standard on both ends.
Several improvements have been made to the CA2 series including lateral load improvement, increase in cushioning capacity and adoption of a new cushion seal. There has been enhanced efficiency in handling for cushion valve adjustment, and weight has been reduced by 5 to 15%. Stock control of the compact auto switches is easy, since a wide variety of auto switches are available.
