Rotate the sleeve of the socket to lock and unlock it. The sleeve lock mechanism is available as standard for KK series S couplers and as an option for KK130 series S couplers. It is not available for KKA series S couplers.

This component is available for individual configuration as an additional bar to existing 1-bar system, or as a replacement.  A complete system consists of 1 to 4 bars, a single controller, and a power supply module for each bar, plus cables and accessories as required. 

Sensor information, such as identity, functional state, cable connection, and current or switch values can be set or monitored remotely through an IO-Link master, and connected to a fieldbus network.  The ISE70G series is designed for abusive environments that may also include splashed coolant, lubricants, or grime. 

This next generation ISE70 pressure sensor provides continuous quantitative values, as well as switched digital outputs when pressure set points are met.  This sensor is also IO-Link compatible. 

Whether designed in a manifold or used as a single valve, this small profile increases design flexibility and minimizes space requirements. The SYJ valve utilizes a low power (0.5 watts standard) pilot solenoid design, which dramatically reduces thermal heat generation. This improves performance, decreases operating costs, and allows for direct control by PLC output relays.

Both the X and Y ports and the PA and PB ports act as the exhaust ports of the pilot valves. They function the same as the PE ports of other valves. Do not block any of these ports with a plug as the valves will no longer operate if plugged. If the ambience around the valves is poor, the installation of a silencer is recommended.

As the stroke length increases, so does the bearing length, thus enhancing the cylinders load bearing capacity. Conventional designed guided cylinders have a set bearing length resulting in dramatic decreases in side load capacity as stroke lengths increase.
