The 10/11/21/22-CQSX clean room, low speed, single rod, double acting version of the compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The clean room and low speed combination version adds a relief port in the rod cover section to provide a way to remove contaminants. The clean series CQS offers standard strokes up to 50mm.
The CQSX series is a microspeed cylinder that allows low speed transfer of work pieces that cannot tolerate shock.
