When suction port is opened further, suction flow moves to maximum value (Qmax), but vacuum pressure is near 0. (atmospheric pressure). When vacuum port (vacuum piping) has no leakage, vacuum pressure becomes maximum, and vacuum pressure decreases as leakage increases.
