Air cylinder series CA2 has been introduced with specifications and dimensions equivalent to the existing CA1 series. Several improvements have been made to the CA2 series including lateral load improvement, increase in cushioning capacity and adoption of a new cushion seal. There has been enhanced efficiency in handling for cushion valve adjustment, and weight has been reduced by 5 to 15%
The new style MGP has a shorter guide rod and thinner plate resulting in a weight reduction of up to 17% over the original MGP. The series is designed for high side load applications found in material handling, lifting and stopping. The cylinder utilizes an ultra-compact design by incorporating the cylinder body as part of the guide body. As the stroke length increases, so does the bearing
