Check that compressed air is also being supplied to the PS (pilot pressure supply) port. Since ZR series solenoid valves are of the pilot operated type, air (0.25 MPa to 0.6 MPa) must be supplied to the PS port for them to operate.
For example, if a ZR series ejector system unit is equipped with a ZR1-RV1, the supply air (PV) and pilot air (PS) communicate with the vacuum release air (PD) so that only the PV port needs to be piped (with the PS and PD ports plugged).
Whether a function plate needs to be selected depends on the combination of pressure used for each port.
