Membrane air dryer series IDG is available in a single unit or combination unit style. IDG/M models combine a mist separator and micro mist separator with a single unit. IDG/V models combine a regulator with the IDG/M model. Options available include one-touch fitting exhaust of purge air.

Combining a mist separator and regulator into one unit simplifies piping and installation. This combination controls the filtration to 0.3µm, for applications that require cleaner air than regular filtration, such as air blow off. As part of the family of modular air preparation units, the AWM can be combined with other similar sized products.

For applications requiring micro-mist separation up to 0.1µm with adjustable pressure regulation, the AWD offers these features built into one unit. Exhaust cleaner, series AMP, can be used inside a clean room. Depending on operating conditions, exhaust air cleanliness may be equivalent to Class 100. Since exhaust air from pneumatic equipment can be released directly into a clean room, piping to ducts is unnecessary thereby reducing piping labor costs and increasing space savings.
