Its recirculating ball bearings are matched by size to each slide table with a slight negative clearance resulting in greater accuracy. The MXQ's thinly formed special stainless steel slide table reduces thickness allowing for a larger guide pitch providing high rigidity. The slide table's reduced weigh also increases allowable kinetic energy.
The MXS is a precision slide table integrated with guides and rails combined with cross roller bearings to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals.
