① Install the air-hydro converter at a position higher than the cylinder.
② The piping from the cylinder to the air-hydro converter should have an upward slope.
③ Do not position the port facing vertically downward.
④ Keep the piping as short as possible with minimal bending.
Note 1) When used as a single-side hydro unit, air may be mixed in with the operating oil.
(e.g., union elbow: KQ2L08-02AS-X35) However, black cannot be selected as the body color for metal body type fittings. (e.g., male connector: KQ2H08-02AS)
As tubing and fittings generally come as a set, be sure to check the specifications of the fitting as well before use.
Take measures to prevent the generation of static electricity in the piping as well.
