The AL30/40/50/60 are equipped with a check valve on the body.
Therefore, lubricant can be supplied by removing the lubrication plug even when the product is pressurized.
Loosen the lubrication plug slowly, by about 1 turn, to release the pressure inside the bowl.
When pressure in the bowl is released, remove the lubrication plug and supply lubricant. Closing the lubrication plug

The direct operated rocker type is a universal type, so there is no problem flowing the fluid from either channel.
For example, the LVM10R1 (N.O. type) uses IN as “1” and OUT as “2” for convenience, while the JIS symbol (as shown in the catalog) is a double-sided arrow. Note, however, that the flow direction of the LVM11/13 direct operated poppet type is fixed as indicated by the JIS

However, by mounting an external adjustment valve on the thermo-chiller, manual adjustment is possible by the user.
When adjusting (restricting) the circulating fluid flow rate externally, pay attention to the min. required flow rate.
HRS series thermo-chillers can display the circulating fluid discharge pressure, but they have no function for adjusting it.

A fatty acid ester can be used if petroleum is selected as the hydraulic fluid type when ordering the product.

An evaporation thermometer is an instrument that converts the refrigerant pressure to the refrigerant temperature and displays it as the evaporation temperature.
The evaporation thermometer can be used to check that the dryer is operating normally.
Check if the display of the evaporation thermometer is within the green zone during dryer operation.

However, it is also possible to select a VX220A valve with an aluminum body. The type with a brass body and the type with an aluminum body are equivalent in terms of air leakage.
