<br>If heat treatment is required for the bolts, consider the heat treated metal stopper bolt (“-X16,” “-X17,” or “-X18”). <br>The table mounting block for the metal stopper (and shock absorber) is made of carbon steel (heat treated).
<br>The buffer mechanism is guided by the linear guide on the connected table side, and the buffer function works for both table-mounted and end plate-mounted workpieces.<br><br>
<br>However, transmission up to 200 m is possible by using a transmission box (part number “CE1-0374”). <br>When using a transmission box, leave a maximum of 5 m between the stroke reading cylinder and the transmission box and between the counter and the transmission box. <br>Use shielded twisted-pair wiring (wire diameter 24 AWG or more) to connect the middle part.
<br>Double acting: This is the general action method. <br>Double acting with spring loaded: A return spring is used in combination so that the stopper end can remain in the upright position even when air is released. <br>Single acting (Spring extend): The upward side operates with a spring. Therefore, the stopper end can remain in the upright position even when air is released.
