Series CS2 air cylinder is a double acting, non-lube air cylinder. Aluminum die-cast is used for both the rod and head covers, which means a maximum weight reduction of approximately 50% *. This series is available in bore sizes 125mm, 140mm and 160mm with maximum strokes up to 1600mm *. Air cushions are standard on both ends.
Magnetically coupled cylinders have a wide range of applications, and save mounting space. Loads and moments are possible through the use of integrated guides. A variety of guides can be used to achieve the necessary accuracy or allowable moment needed for your application. CY is available in 9 bore sizes, from 6mm to 63mm with standard stokes up to 1000mm.
A tube rod with a large bore which is 70% the piston diameter is used to withstand lateral load.
The NCG provides precision mounting, short overall length, and high speed. Rubber bumpers are standard and an optional adjustable air cushion is available. Nine mounting styles include basic body, foot, single clevis, front or rear flange, front or rear trunnion, nose mount, and double clevis. CH2 double acting hydraulic cylinders conform to JIS B 8367 specifications. Surge pressure generated when running into the cushion has been reduced by 30% or more compared to the CH series, due to the CH2s cushion seal system.
