The NCG provides precision mounting, short overall length, and high speed. Rubber bumpers are standard and an optional adjustable air cushion is available. SMC's NCY3B cylinder series, when compared to the NCY2B, reduces minimum operating pressure by approximately 30% using a lubretainer. Unnecessary body weight has been eliminated and the outer cylinder tube diameter has been reduced, making the NCY3B approximately 10% lighter. Mounting dimensions are identical to the NCY2B with the exception of the 1/4" bore, allowing easy replacement.
