If the pressure in the bowl is lower than the outlet pressure, the flow is reversed and bubbles are generated at the end of the oil passage (element part).
Possible causes of low bowl pressure are as follows. ① The IN-OUT are reversely connected. ② There is leakage from the bowl O-ring. ③ There is leakage from the lubrication plug O-ring. Take appropriate measures.

The AL30/40/50/60 are equipped with a check valve on the body.
Therefore, lubricant can be supplied by removing the lubrication plug even when the product is pressurized.
Loosen the lubrication plug slowly, by about 1 turn, to release the pressure inside the bowl.
When pressure in the bowl is released, remove the lubrication plug and supply lubricant. Closing the lubrication plug

If there are no check valves in front of the lubricator, there will be oil backflow.
Mount an AKM series check valve in front of the lubricator, not a T-type spacer. AKM series check valves are equipped with a branch port to remove non-lubricated air.
