This explanation is based on the “Construction” section of the CXSM10 to 32 in the operation manual.
Loosen and remove the hexagon socket head set screw ⑬ and the hexagon socket head cap screw ⑫ holding the plate ⑤ and rods ② and ③, and then pull the plate out from the rod. Loctite is applied to the screws, so it may be difficult to remove them.

If operation that generates torque equal to or higher than the rating is performed with an abnormally high frequency under servo motor stop status (servo lock status) or in low-speed operation at 30r/min or less, the driver may malfunction even when the servo system is used within the electric thermal protection area.
