To mount an auto switch, you must select a CDQS□ series cylinder which has a built-in magnet on the piston part of the cylinder. An auto switch cannot be mounted if there is no magnet. Also, there is a min. stroke length for auto switch mounting on CDQS□ series cylinders which is established based on the switch part number and the electrical entry type.

With existing IR series regulators, if the supply pressure is turned ON and OFF when the pressure is being set, wear of the internal components may be accelerated, resulting in a shift in the set value.

If the pressure in the bowl is lower than the outlet pressure, the flow is reversed and bubbles are generated at the end of the oil passage (element part).
Possible causes of low bowl pressure are as follows. ① The IN-OUT are reversely connected. ② There is leakage from the bowl O-ring. ③ There is leakage from the lubrication plug O-ring. Take appropriate measures.
