Power down This function shuts off the motor current and de-energizes the motor. Use this function to release the electric actuator for maintenance, etc.
The brake is in a de-energized condition and locked. 24VDC is required to unlock it. The brake terminal is located in the motor power line connector (CN5), and it is connected to the relay switch inside the controller. By connecting the wiring to this terminal, turning on and off of the brake is controlled by the controller. (The brake does not have polarity.)
