Rotary actuator series CRBU2-Z is a free mount style, rotary actuator with direct mounting available in six types of direct mounting.  Through the  adoption of specially designed seals and stoppers, a rotation angle of 270° has been achieved for the first time in a compact vane style actuator.  To support thrust and radial loads, bearings are used throughout the series.  Possible to move

Standard strokes range from 5 to 50mm.   10/11-C(D)QS series, available for clean environment, prevents particle generation in a clean room. 21/22-C(D)QS series offers the same structure as the clean series, and are for the environment in which the use of copper, fluorine and silicon are restricted. The CDQS clean series is auto switch capable.

Series CRB2-Z, single or double vane, rotary actuator is available in 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 bore.  The single vane style uses specially designed seals and stoppers which enable this compact type actuator to rotate up to 270 degrees.  Double vane type is standardized for 90 and 100 degrees.

The 10/11/21/22-CQSX clean room, low speed, single rod, double acting version of the compact cylinder is available for those small bore cylinder applications where saving space is a concern. The clean room and low speed combination version adds a relief port in the rod cover section to provide a way to remove contaminants. The clean series CQS offers standard strokes up to 50mm.

The CQSX series is a microspeed cylinder that allows low speed transfer of work pieces that cannot tolerate shock. CQSX is capable of smooth starts with minimal lurching even after long periods of no operation. All models have the same dimensions as the standard cylinders. Series IDF can accommodate an inlet temperature of 40°C. Corrosion resistance is improved by using a stainless steel, plate type heat exchanger.
