Series 12-REA provides the features needed to allow rapid transfer which virtually eliminates shock impact.  12-REA is available in 5 bore sizes from 25mm to 63mm and strokes up to 1000mm.  It also has a specially treated cylinder tube exterior.  After inspection, products are blown with high purity air (clean bench/class M3.5) in a clean environment.

The 12-CY3B Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled uses industrial strength magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a single unit that will travel when actuated with air pressure.

The 12-REA features specially designed U-shaped cushion rings at the cylinder end caps to prevent hard stops. The corresponding sides of the piston head have special cushion packing to faciliate smooth acceleration at the start of stroke.

The 12-CY3B Rodless Cylinder - Magnetically Coupled uses industrial strength magnets located in the piston and external carriage to form a single unit that will travel when actuated with air pressure.
