The AC servo version of the LEYG guided rod features an AC servo motor instead of a DC version. The actuator features a bolt-on bearing block with double guide rods that resist rotational and lateral loads. The AC servo motor enables higher speed, acceleration, and pushing force.
The LEJB is a belt driven slider type electric actuator available exclusively with an AC servo motor. The actuator features a substantially wider load mounting platform than the LEFB, supported internally by a double axis linear guide for reduced moment deflection. The AC servo motor enables higher speed and acceleration.
The AC servo motors do not require enclosures, but the scraper and lube-retainer configurations are included. Additionally, the body extrusion includes a vent hole and fitting to balance internal pressure so that dust and water are not drawn in. AC servo motors are available with incremental or absolute encoder.
