The series MHQJ2 offers specially designed dust covers that protect internal parts from contamination. Three boot materials are available for different applications. The standard rubber * is for general-purpose applications. Fluororubber * is recommended when the gripper will be subjected to cutting oil, etc. A silicone rubber * model is suitable for clean room and food industry applications
Series MHL air grippers are designed for applications that require a wide travel range of gripper fingers. The MHL is ideal for gripping many different sized parts. Finger motion is synchronized by a rack-and-pinion mechanism. The double piston construction creates a compact gripper with large holding force. Available in bore sizes 10, 16, 20, 25, 32 and 40. The ZCUK series is a non-rotating free mount cylinder for vacuum applications. The ZCUK was created by providing a vacuum passage in the rod of the CUK cylinder to enable a vacuum pad to be installed on the end of the rod. A guide is provided as standard equipment.
