<br><br>Air-operated type:<br>Pilot air from an external 5-port solenoid valve is supplied to drive chambers A and B of the PA main unit via ports P1 and P2.

<br>Follow the procedure below to adjust the flow rate. <br>For the automatically operated type<br>Install a needle valve or other flow adjustment valve on the outlet side of the process pump to adjust the flow rate.

<br>Note) The water-regulating valve of HRS□-W water-cooled thermo-chillers opens and closes depending on the state of the circulating fluid. It opens and closes according to changes in the refrigerant pressure. <br>Facility water will not flow at the start of operation or when the heat load is low.<br><br>

<br>However, if the same alarm or multiple alarms are generated frequently, please contact your local SMC sales office. <br><br>Note 1) These are the default settings of the HRS050. The operating settings can be changed by the user. <br>The default setting for alarm code “AL08” is stop operation for the HRS090 to 200.

<br>(For pilot operated valves, the external pilot type must be selected and additional piping is also required.)<br>The vacuum type models are the VT307V, VT317V, and VT325V, and the operating pressure range is -101.2 kPa to 0.1 MPa.<br>They can also be used to switch between vacuum adsorption and vacuum release. (Vacuum holding is not possible as some air leakage is unavoidable.)

<br><br>● The MY series mechanically jointed rodless cylinder: Video<br>For MY series mechanically jointed type cylinders, there is an opening in part of the cylinder pipe that allows for a slide table to be connected to the piston.

<br>With lever detection switch (For RS2H/RSH series cylinders): The state of the lever is detected separately by the proximity switch to the judge whether a workpiece is present or absent.<br><br>

<br>4) It remains interchangeable with old CA2 series cylinders.<br><br>
