When an old IZN10 series ionizer was installed close to the main unit (manifold mounted), there was a possibility that the output (signal/LED) might malfunction due to the generation of high-voltage PCB noise by the ionizer.
As a countermeasure, a shielding sheet was made available (model: IZN10-A004).
New IZN10 series ionizers do not require a shielding sheet because countermeasures
If the PWR and NDL LEDs on the main unit are blinking green and the ION/HV LED is blinking red, there is a possibility of malfunction. This may be caused by noise in the CPU.
Possible countermeasures include ① moving the ionizer away from the noise source, ② separating wiring if the power line and ionizer are wired together, and ③ install a noise filter in the ionizer power supply.
When the NDL LED on the IZN main unit turns ON (orange or green), this indicates a maintenance warning. Due to contamination, wear, or damage to the emitter, the static neutralization performance may have decreased.
When a maintenance warning occurs, the ionizer main unit will continue to operate, but it is necessary to clean the emitter or replace the emitter assembly. In order to clear
