VQC1000/2000 series valves do not come with mounting screws or gaskets. For VQC4000/5000 series valves, when a valve is ordered individually, it comes with a mounting screw but no gasket. VQC1000/2000 series valves do not require separate mounting screws as there are clamp screws built into the manifold.
VQC4000/5000 series valves do not have common polarity.
② For manifolds with serial transmission kits, whether the valves are positive common or negative common depends on the type of protocol. For VQC1000/2000 series valves, install valves with the same common specification as the common specification of your protocol.
Do not restrict the flow rate by plugging or mounting a speed controller to the exhaust port.
In addition, SY7120 series valves do not come with a gasket because they are the equivalent of existing SY7000 series body ported valves.
The SY7000 series body ported valve gasket assembly part number is “SY7000-GS-1.”
