The IP67 protection can be achieved when it is mounted on a manifold.
Configuration data setting will be explained later. Configuration data setting can be changed by setting 34 (words) or 68 (bytes).
If the tightening torque is exceeded the mounting screws may be broken. IP67 protection cannot be guaranteed if the screws are not tightened to the specified torque. Never mount a product in a location that will be used as a foothold. The product may be damaged if excessive force is applied by stepping or climbing onto it.
Be certain that the secured portions will not loosen. Be certain to adopt a reliable connecting method if the cylinder is used very frequently or if it is used in a location that is exposed to a large amount of vibration. There may be cases in which a speed reduction circuit or a shock absorber is required.

(C) The auto switch cannot be used in a place where it is surrounded by a welding cable.
*The auto switch mounting bracket material is also restricted. *2 The D-A90L-900 cannot be mounted on the RSH, RS1H, MY1B25 to 63, CDNA50. *3 The D-M9BW(V)-900 cannot be mounted on the MY1B50. *4 Reed switches (D-A90L-900 and D-Z80L-900) cannot be mounted on the MHZJ, MHZL, MHS, MHL series.
The water resistant auto switch (D-M9A/M9AV) can be mounted, but the product itself is not designed to be water resistant. Note 1) The D-M9V/M9WV/M9AV/A9V auto switches cannot be mounted on the ported surface with some cylinder strokes and sizes of fittings. This should be checked beforehand.
Be sure to connect the pipe to the fluid release port so that fluid releasing work can be absolutely performed. 7. Pipe so that air releasing work can be absolutely performed. The air releasing work can be done firmly if you make the piping in order to flow a small flow constantly into a tank by resin tubing, etc. from the air release valve. (Refer to Fig. 2.)
The grease to be applied is available as grease pack. When the grease pack is required, order it using the part number shown below. Grease pack part number: GR-S-010 (10 g) ( The grease to be applied is the same as that used for the cylinder.) Similarly, be careful not to remove the grease from the piston rod end of the built-in shock absorber.
The fitting and tubing should be provided separately by the customer.
Avoid applications in which two or more end lock cylinders are synchronized to move one work piece, as one of the cylinder locks may not be able to be released when required. 6. Use a speed controller with meter-out control. It may not be possible to release the lock with meter-in control. 7. Be sure to operate completely to the cylinder stroke end on the extending side.
