For AL30-A to AL60-A series lubricators, when the lubrication plug is opened under the pressure of the lubricator, air bubbles may be generated at the end of the oil passage (sometimes they are not). This is also caused by the bowl’s internal pressure being lower than the outlet pressure.
The AL bowl (size 30 and 40) is covered with a transparent bowl guard, allowing 360 monitoring. The oil drop rate is adjustable depending on equipment requirements.
