Series AM can separate and remove oil mist in compressed air, which is difficult to remove by ordinary air filters and removes solid particles such as rust or carbon of more than 0.3 micron. The AM*-D mist separators are designed for modular connectability and to match the aesthetics of the AC-D series of FRL components.  Flow capabilities are improved beyond the legacy AM series for extended applicability.  These coalescing filters are nominally rated at 0.1 micron for an initial stage of oil removal after a particulate filter.
