Connection Thread Tightening Method Caution (1) Connection thread: M5 and 10-32UNF First, tighten by hand, then use a wrench appropriate for the hexagon flats of the body to tighten an additional 1/6 to 1/4 turn. A reference value for the tightening torque is 1 to 1.5 Nm. Note) Excessive tightening may damage the thread portion or deform the gasket and cause air leakage.
